Merry New Year!

R.J.Simpson Inc. has a big year planned lots of great things going on. We have amassed quite a collection of furniture for sale, both old and new. So if you are looking to change things up a bit or starting completely from scratch this year keep us in mind.

Also, the Goddard's Wax did arrive just before the Christmas break. Get it while its cold! I can't believe how much we have already mailed off. I am really happy there are so many that are interested in the Goddard's Wax. My Father and I both thought it was the best so its great that we can keep it around for everyone to enjoy. We are looking for small hardware stores around the US that may be interested in carrying the Goddard's paste wax. If you know of one near you please let us know so that we can contact them.

Happy Holidays!

On top of our already packed schedule of antique restoration and commissioned custom work I have turned out lots of one off custom designs for sale to the public. It has all been really fun. Unfortunately, I don't have space for any of my upcoming projects. So from now until Christmas all of my custom made pieces and many restored items will be 50% off. Its worth a look, and note there are a lot more pieces in our shop to look at that are not online. You can also get a sneak peek at things that are about to hit on the market.

New shipment of Goddard's wax on its way from England.

If you are a fan of Goddard's cabinet makers paste wax then I'm sure you know the story of how we brought it back from retirement. We sold out of our first shipment faster than we expected. Thanks to everyone for helping us keep it alive. We have doubled our shipment this time to make sure we have enough to get us through the year. Welcome to the new site!

Hello everyone! For those who don't know me my name is Christopher Simpson, The co-owner and operator of R.J.Simpson Inc.

This is the first of many blogs I will be writing on my new site. The purpose for this will be to create a helpful forum based on fine furniture.

With all of the multitasking we do on a daily basis I truthfully don't expect this to turn into a raucous town center. I just want to let you know that I will be here to offer advice and answer any questions you may have.
